Quite convenient location, a 2-minute walk from the metro station. The hotel has approximately 10 rooms. The renovation is new and fresh. Cleaning every day, and they clean it quite clean. At the reception you can speak both Russian and English. Special thanks to the staff. Always ready to help! Of the minuses: 1.breakfast is offered in another building (4th floor), the view is not really wow, but it’s tolerable. Breakfast was rather meager (not a buffet), but we didn’t leave hungry. 2. There were problems with the shower draining a couple of times, but the staff fixed this problem. 3. Stains on towels and bed linen. For me this is a significant minus. Otherwise everything is pretty tolerable! If you book, take one with a balcony (it has a view of the courtyard). It wasn’t important for me, but sometimes I wanted to look out of the window. Overall I recommend it.

Manager: Not friendly and very aggressive if not satisfied Receptionist: Unresponsive and unhelpful (We have waited 3 days before getting missing bed sheets) The establishment does not specify that breakfast is 100m away, at a partner of theirs. The establishment is claiming that their terminal is not "functioning" and then forces us to pay in CASH (with the extra fee cost at our charge). I have video, as a proof, where the manager is frightening us when I refuse to pay in cash. ROOM: Bed sheets are dirty and too small The towels are dirty (toothpaste) The air vent was broken and noisy The door was broken and does not lock The shower drain was missing (pool after 1 minute) and the shower head is disgusting The beds are very small (MAx 1.5m) Mirror was broken Room has never been cleaned SITUATION: Very noisy street
