The hotel was very central and only about 5 minutes from the tram station. It was clean but a bit run down, but nothing bad. You could take coffee, tea and water 24/7. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice.

立地がとても良かった。主要な場所（トプカプ宮殿、ブルーモスク、アヤソフィア、ワールドバザール等）へ徒歩もしくはトラムで行けたので快適。
朝食はパンとおかずの調和が素晴らしく、パンと一緒又は付けて食べると本当に最高〜！何だか分からなくても食べてみるべし！
部屋はとても綺麗に清掃してくれてあり快適。水回りもしっかりしていた。豪華なホテルとまではいかないけど滞在するには何ら問題ない。
デスクのお兄ちゃんも色々と教えてくれたりとても優しい人。
ホテルを出て右に30mの交差点の角の食堂。現地の人が入る様な店で、ピザを始めとしてはとても美味しかったです。

Our stay at the Kupeli Hotel was extremely enjoyable not only for the good location but also for the amazing staff ( Zakiya, Kadir, Erdem, Fatih, Bedirham and Taner). They were helpful and friendly, helped us to book boat trips and the turkish bath experience. Turkish breakfast was delicious and the cosy atmosphere in the reception/ brekfast hall is very welcoming. My AC wasn't working, they tried to fix it, unsuccesfully. They offered me another room and tried their best to make my stay comfortable. Room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Great shower. I will definitely stay at the Kupeli on my next trip to Istanbul.

Very near to famous attractions like Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. the hotel staff are helpful. On the last day, one of the staff helped us to call taxi to airport. Originally we booked a cab thru Uber but the taxi didnt show up, he helped us to call the uber driver and messaged the driver. In the end, the staff helped us to book a taxi at cheaper rate. Thanks for his great assistance!
