フロントの方の対応、設備、部屋共に価格以上な感じでした。落ち着いた良いホテルだと思いました。スパや室内プールも利用できました。またイスタンブールに行ったら利用したいと思います。

Прекрасный городской отель. С удобным месторасположением. Крепкими и вкусными завтраками. Большой выбор закусок и горячих блюд. Отель с дружелюбным персоналом. Решили вопрос с переселением в более комфортный для нас номер. Есть желание вновь остановиться в этом отеле.

L' estetica delle camere e dell' hotel si presenta bene, però sono scarsi la qualità delle pietanze, l' attenzione al cliente e la pulizia di cuscini e asciugamani. Alle 21:00 si spengono le luci del ristorante interno senza preavviso, e 5 Min dopo un cameriere ha gridato di andarcene perché era chiuso. In generale gli inservienti ti danno l' impressione di pensare che il cliente è un impiccio.

Good conveniently located hotel in the city centre, near the underground and busy street, however quiet what was really great. The room was nice, spacious, air conditioned and clean. Comfortable big bed. Water pressure, hot water - all good.
The staff were nice and very helpful. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

un gioiellino nel cuore di Sultanhamet, molto vicino sia alla fermata del tram che a quella della metro che vi permetteranno di raggiungere tutte le attrazioni di Istanbul in breve tempo. camera spaziosa e ben organizzata, bagno forse un po' piccolo ma pulito e funzionale. il personale è preparato, gentile, simpatico e cortese. noi siamo stati stra-coccolati da Emre, una persona davvero speciale per tutte le attenzioni che ci ha riservato!! unico appunto va forse alla colazione, forse un po' povera di "dolce" ... ma comunque discreta

This hotel is located in a prime location, in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops. Staff are extra friendly, they made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to breakfast venue staff for their excellent service and welcoming, especial thanks to Gunes, Nazli, Utku and Azad for their great service and beautiful smile always.
