Location of the hotel was fantastic ,we can see the sea of Marmara and the Bosphorus from our hotel room.Hotel was clean ,room was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice ,plenty of choice.and great view of the sea of the restaurant

The hotel is right by the sea, a great location, and it's also very close to a subway station. I booked well in advance, but I was only given a very small room.

The hotel is ideally located right by the ancient city walls, incredibly close to both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We booked a sea-view room, and the views were absolutely stunning – we spent every day just gazing at the sea from our room! The breakfast spread was quite generous. Enjoying breakfast in the semi-open-air restaurant, while watching the sea, seagulls, and passing cyclists, was such a delightful experience.

Great location, close to the tourist area. The room offers a sea view. However, the staff's attitude was truly bad. The guy at the front desk during check-in acted as if I owed him money; he just tossed my passport onto the table. The bellhop was nice, though. The room had a musty, armpit-like smell. I'm not picky about the environment, but the service attitude was genuinely poor.

The hotel was very comfortable. The sea view was beautiful, and the breakfast restaurant right by the sea was lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from downtown attractions. The lobby staff were also very welcoming.

Our flight was delayed, so by the time we arrived at the hotel around 12:30 AM, I was exhausted. However the middle-aged male staff member had a poor attitude while assisting us. The check-in process took around 15 minutes, which was unacceptable. His attitude was the worst I’ve encountered on this trip—his tone was impolite and demanding when asking for our check-in details.
On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the other staff members (except the receptionist) were helpful and provided excellent service.
But I still wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
