The staff is nice and they try hard. The hotel is also conveniently located. Also, the breakfast is good. However, our power cut out and I got stuck in the elevator, and the internet/WiFi cut out for significant parts of two days. Some of this may have been behind the hotel’s control, but I’ve never experienced anything like it on any of my other trips to Istanbul. The room wasn’t always cleaned very well — with toilet paper not replaced and sheets and pillowcases left, even if they were dirty. I paid more than $100/night. And I had two rooms (for more than $200 per night). For a hotel with no gym and with this many problems, that is way overpriced. I previously stayed at a hotel near this one for only about $35 per night. The cheaper hotel was much, much nicer, cleaner and better. I stayed at this place because the reviews were off the charts. However, it was not a good stay. I have NEVER left a hotel review, but felt compelled to leave one here.

My daughter and I stayed in Saba hotel in the end of March 2024 and we were really impressed by kind attention to the guests.I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel, especially Can from reception for his human attitude, he is a great person! All the guys at reception were not only extremely helpful but also very pleasant to communicate with. They answered all our questions, helped us to fix some transfer problems with our tour agency, and were patient and sociable. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was just as stated in the hotel description, clean and cosy. The towels were changed every day. The breakfast (served at a terrace with the sea view) was fine and made us full for the half of the day. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. People who work there are unique. I definetely advise choosing this hotel.

Very homely atmosphere. Every one of the staff members make this place shine in ones memory. They were ever so helpful, accommodating and kind. We were there in Dec 2023 at the start of our trip around Turkiye then came back again to the same place due to the good value for money, comfy rooms and exceptional service.
