Clean and welcoming hotel. Most lovely staff. Short walk to many tourist areas. Reception helped out with onward travel plans. Staff were amazingly helpful with ferry and taxis. Rooms were spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. Lovely shower in morning. Great visit, will come back.

Estuvimos alojados del 23 al 26 de Diciembre en la habitación Doble con vistas al mar. El personal fue muy atento desde el primer momento en la llegada, tienen varias habitaciones de este estilo, y cómo al llegar nos tocó la más pequeña al día siguiente nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a la habitación de al lado que era más grande, cosa que hicimos. La terraza tiene unas vistas muy bonitas, la habitación y el hotel están cuidados y se nota la limpieza. El desayuno es un buffet que aunque no es muy grande si que cumple con todo lo que podrías esperar de un buffet de desayuno, y está bastante bueno todo. La ubicación es genial si quieres hospedarte en la zona europea de Estambul. Fue una buena estancia sin ninguna duda, gracias a todo el personal por su amabilidad y atención.

Posizione a dir poco spettacolare. Passando per un piccolo bazar alle spalle della moschea blu. Camera tripla decisamente essenziale (rispetto alle aspettative). Pozione strategica e silenziosa. Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani tutti i giorni. La colazione discreta. Il top è lo staff. Chiunque ci fosse in reception e in accoglienza alla colazione super attenti e gentili e ci hanno aiutato anche per il taxi visto che eravamo nel pieno della 42k che bloccava il centro ma siamo arrivate in super orario in aereo porto. Super consigliato.

Hotel centrale vicino a tutte le attrazioni e i punti storici della città, pulito, colazione top, cera di tutto - il punto di forza di questo hotel è veramente il personale, accoglienti, educati, professionali e molto ma molto gentili, ti informano in maniera breve dove puoi andare è cosa puoi visitare, alle donne delle pulizie non manca mai il sorriso, sala colazione ben pulita e curata - complimenti ragazzi ( alla prossima)

Super Hotel. Das beste, wo ich und meine Tochter je auf der Welt waren! Hat einen tollen Standort (5min. von der Hagia Sofia Moschee entfernt). Sind schon zum 3ten mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Auch beim Frühstück hat man eine gute Auswahl. Es sind viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, also kann man Abends, wenn man nicht weit weg möchte, direkt am Hotel sehr gut essen. Wir haben ebenfalls vom Hotel eine Ärztin zur vermittelt bekommen, die einen PCR-Test bei uns durchgeführt hat. Wir würden immer wieder hierher kommen, wenn wir nach Istanbul reisen.

Все было хорошо, приветливый персонал, благодарна Halit и Halil, вкусные завтраки, в номере порядок, убирались хорошо, каждый день. Меняли полотенца и белье каждый день. В номере есть все необходимое(шампунь, фен, кондиционер) Все очень понравилось, вернёмся сюда ещё)
