The location is excellent but this can never be a 4 star hotel
The sockets didn't work
The flush in the toilet doesn't work
Refrigerator doesn't work
Breakfast like a 2 star hotel
Long queue for a coffee
Luckily we only stayed one night

Tourist scam.
They offer good prices but when you arrive at the hotel, the room is not what they advertise.
Rooms in the basement, noise all night, blocked windows...
Then they say you need to pay extra if you want another room.
Trip.com did not provide any solution.
Stay away from this place.

The location of the hotel is perfect.
The ba*****t rooms are bad with very bad smells :(
The services are below average.
I advise to book on a website and not on site because at the reception they offer you rooms with exorbitant prices (profiteers)
