Very good location if you are interested in shopping. We were able to walk to many interesting places without the need to use taxi or public transport. Shame about the roof top as it was under reconstruction. Room was clean and very warm (in January). Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Niles is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has a very warm and cozy feeling throughout. The decor was beautiful and breakfast at the terrace was just an amazing start to the day. Beautiful views and just a few minutes walk from the grand bazaar. We walked everywhere as everything was close by.
A huge thank you to all the staff especially Mr Halil and the lovely gentlemen at reception who checked us out and helped us with our airport transfer issues. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Will definitely be visiting again.

It is a very pleasant hotel situated at the heard of Istanbul's old downtown. Perfect if you come for a few days on leisure time, since it's close to the city's landmarks. Breakfast is awesome, bed is very comfortable and the staff provides good service most of the time.

Very clean hotel, convenient location close to all main dining and shopping sites, charming ambiance, cozy. Staff members are extremely helpful and friendly; every single hotel member we met made sure we were comfortable and felt like home at all times. Excellent service! We felt as if we were leaving behind good friends. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back.

hotel molto pulito , personale gentilissimo e disponibile a darti informazioni , ottima posizione per gli spostamenti con la fermata del tram a pochi passi ma si può fare anche tutta a piedi la parte della città vecchia . Quando siamo andati via ci hanno regalato anche delle piccole spille con l’occhio blu .

Our 6 night stay at the Hotel Niles was exceptional! From the checkin with Muhammet bringing us Turkish Delight to the concierge, housekeeping and breakfast staff, it was a delightul experience. Ertan at the front desk and Muhammat, who seemed to be everywhere ready to help with breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening, were particularly kind and personable. Thank you!

This hotel is located right in the center of Fatih. All the tourist attractions are close by within walking distance. The staff is very nice, helpful and respectful. Hotel is hygienic and breakfast is 10/10. I definitely recommend to stay here if you are coming to Istanbul for the first time.
