Air conditioning not working
Too hot in the rooms no ventilation
Rooms not on pictures. The pictures is for different hotel
Its very basic and has not got sofas in the room as shown.
Staff are friendly and location is nice .

I want an immediate refund, the hotel is beautiful from the front but inside it's hell the rooms are overheated and the walls are thin, it was impossible to ask to change rooms. The cleaning service was super nice and the concierge service was excellent but this hotel is not worth the price, in France at the same price you have palaces
