I had received permission to change the reservation date in the morning, but I was told to come in the afternoon or later, so I went back again. The morning reception staff was not there, so I was assisted by another person, who refused to let me in because there were no rooms available. Naturally, I did not get my money back. I ended up having to quickly find another place to stay, which is why I gave it this rating.

Pictures are fake. Renewal yes but only the outside walls. Price performance ratio disaster. In my opinion, no more than twenty euros a night. Cleanliness and covid measures are insufficient. Bathroom unhygienic.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2021. the mattress and sheets are very poor and torn and messy. the mattress is so poor that it hurt my back. The television does not work, the internet too. I was forced to pay for 7 nights and when I wanted to leave the hotel for the inconvenience, the owner did not want to return my money. A very rude man. I advise you not to stay in this hotel if you want to have a good vacation.

Dear tourists, I would like to write a real review so that you do not spoil your vacation. We chose the Valdivia hotel solely based on positive reviews and good photos, which we regret! Firstly, the biggest and boldest disadvantage is the very steep staircase from the first floor right from the entrance and then a very steep spiral staircase to the floors. For older people this is incredibly difficult! It is an incredible challenge to lift luggage. There is no reception on the first floor due to lack of space. The hotel is small, three rooms per floor, there seem to be three floors, on the fourth there is a veranda where people have breakfast. Our room was called triple, room 202, they say 24 meters, visually this is not so! . Not new, shabby furniture, a hole in the ceiling in front of the entrance, a hole in the bathroom under the sink, little light. There is a pseudo light bulb above the sink that does not light up. Shaving is uncomfortable. Mold in the shower stall. The most unpleasant thing is the view from the window, it looks into the courtyard, so to speak. A terrible sight, the ventilation pipe is sticking out, the windows from the neighboring house are three meters away, everything is shabby. We curtained the windows so as not to spoil our mood and so that we could not be seen in the evening from the neighboring windows. For the last three days, the air conditioner practically did not work in the evening, but worked normally during the day, apparently there was not enough power. The refrigerator was working at half capacity and food was spoiling. The furniture safe is not screwed to the furniture, take it and go. I don’t understand what the point is in it. They took their valuables with them. This is the opinion. It's up to you to decide what 8-9 points for a hotel are in booking.
