Arrived late night & didn’t find welcoming a**osphere. I booked double room with double bed but they give me room with twin beds. Room & toilet was very small with empty bottles of shampoo & body wash

Hotel con camere e bagno piccolissimi! Igiene zero! In 4 giorni NON HANNO MAI PULITO la camera! Nemmeno la moquette ne la tazza del caffe! Avvisato reception ma non è cambiato nulla! Colazione scarsa e monotematica! 4 stelle stelle regalate! Consiglio: ci sono tantissimi hotel a Istanbul...sceglietene un altro!!

Hôtel très bien situé tous les sites à pieds. Nombreux commerces et restaurants au alentours . Quartier propre et calme. Tram à quelques mètres de l’hôtel. Hôtel propre et moderne Terrasse « rooftop » agréable. Les chambres sont propre juste pas très grande… Petit déjeuner copieux et variés.

The staff woke me up at 5am, opening the room door with no reason. I spoke to the manager and there was no attempt to apologies or keep us as a customer. The staff and the servixe are terrible. The hotel is sponsired by Intra tours.

Great hotel! Pleasant coworkers! Every wish is catered for as best as possible. The gentlemen at reception were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh every morning and a variety of choices. On the 8th floor there is a terrace to relax if you don't feel like going out in the evening you can spend nice quiet hours...
