The breakfast food label did not stated halal turkey ham only shows pasta with ham so we didi not enjoy. Hope the hotel will label the food correctly as there are so many Muslim guest Other food serve in the buffet was nice. The restaurant of the breakfast at level 9 has nice view too. Location was good and easy to find. The bus from both airport parked just next to the hotel. Will stay again of visit Istanbul and will recommend to relatives and friends. Thank you

The hotel is very conveniently located: 1. From the airport you can get directly to the hotel by bus or metro 2. Istiklal 3 minutes walk From the restaurant where breakfast is held, there is a gorgeous view of the Basphorus

The housekeeper comes to clean the room very early every day, and the hotel also provides bath towels. Do Turkish people pay great attention to bathing? Ha ha. Breakfast is very special, with a wide variety of cheese to choose from. The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel’s location. The airport bus is right next to it. It’s very friendly to independent travelers. It’s highly recommended.

I only liked the location, convenient to the bus stop

The biggest advantage of the hotel is convenience: downstairs is the departure/terminal station of the Istanbul Airport bus (Taksim Station), and the convenience of the bus is especially important when the taxis in Istanbul are famous all over the world. One stop directly to the new airport, it took 50 minutes in the evening peak after work, and only 30 minutes to the airport on Saturday morning. 50 meters away from the hotel are the famous Taksim Square (Taksim) and Independence Street (equivalent to Wangfujing Street in Beijing, China), which is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

The sanitation is average, the room is not cleaned very clean, there are some stains on the quilt cover, and there are hairs on the wall of the sink. It's not hard to check in early.

Convenient location . Clean spacious room. Well rested. Airport bus near the hotel.

The access of the lounge was a bit complicated as it was constantly closed, and we had to ask a team member to open it. The last day, the reception called on the phone at least four times (since 10:30 am) to remind that the check out is at 12:00 pm Also, the carpet in the room should be replaced especially for customers suffering from allergy (my case). Nevertheless, the food are good. The team of the restaurant (9th floor) are amazing !

Disappointing stay compared to other hotels locally - steep steps up to front of property with no ramp for lugagge or support. Was charged ten euros for using the gym (which is poor quality and the hottest room in the hotel) - this is not made clear before booking or at check in. Staff in the gym reception was rude. Rooms were basic but fine.
