Good and clean

Very good location near by city Centre and very cooperative staff ,strongly recommend this hotel

The service attitude of the service staff at the counter on the 1st floor is quite unfriendly and lacking patience. The hotel itself has poor Internet reception. The health code cannot be found during check-in, and the responsibility is constantly being placed on the occupants. Later, they switched to personal mobile phones to use them again. Only when there is a normal operation to check in successfully, the room phone cannot be connected to the counter on the 1st floor to get any assistance and help. If you encounter any problems in the hotel, you must go to the counter on the first floor to inform, and any problems encountered in the hotel The problem cannot be solved quickly. The same problem can only be solved by telling it twice or three times. The room cleaning staff will clean the room the next day, but it hasn’t come and the objects for supplementing the room are not complete. The hotel The quality of the Internet connection provided is quite poor. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant is very ordinary and there are no special highlights at all. Guests are not required to strictly wear masks when taking meals. The protective measures are quite poor and dangerous. They dare not enter the restaurant at all. After meals, the only advantage of the hotel is that the water pressure in the shower is strong and there is plenty of hot water. The price of the hotel is not cheap, only the location is slightly convenient. It is recommended that the Chinese do not live in this hotel. If you do not speak Turkish, you will not be treated politely if you live here. The feeling of leaving for the entire two days of living seems to be owed This hotel only came to live in!

The location is good. There is a busy street when you turn left. It is convenient for buying daily necessities. The hotel is old and the facilities are outdated.

Hotel is clean, staff friendly. But there some shortcomings: - internet speed in the evenings is terrible, especially after 6pm - swimming pool requires swim hat and they sell it if you don’t have one )))) I don’t understand who takes swim hat while traveling. - considering condition of the building and rooms (require some maintenance), it’s overpriced.

About the location its near the metro station and there are resturants and cafees neerby no gardins its on big main street there are malls about 1 km or so. Pros -The hotel was very clean -room size big -Reception are very friendly Cons -Old furniture -Not all stuff speak english -breakfast is not varied

Its a very good hotel, the lock is very good and everything are near, the stuff are very nice and good, the food is good and nice, but the hotel are not that much clean, i found a dirty towel in the cabinet since i arrived, they changed it an clean everything but it was really shocked to see that

On arrival they insisted I pay 100% in advance. I had taken a suit which was well past it’s best. The room stank, it was dreadful, it is clearly a smoking room, opening windows did little to alleviate the stench and after 3 days all my clothing now stank. The carpets were stained and looked dreadful, furniture was chipped, marked and stained in place well in need of replacing. There were used nappies outside the room where my patio door went, not mention the fall as there were no safety rails outside. There is no way that this hotel in 4*. There were about 10 of us in total there and we all go back to Istanbul in May and we have all said never again. The breakfast was dreadful, only options if you wanted a drink was water, coffee or tea. No juice!! The toast machine barely functions, put your bread through 4 times and it’s still not toasted. The food choices left my team perplexed, no effort to cater for international customers. Room service, well you can’t credit it to your room as they have taken your payment at check in, so the steward insists on cash only!! Nice touch that…. Not… Yes I did ask to be moved, as my room stank so bad, but reception did nothing and promptly forgot my issue, why would they care they already had my money in full. The WiFi was rubbish, it blocked playing games online and other sites such as this one!! Even Apple news struggled. It would not work if my VPN was on. One day there was a drilling in the room above for hours, nice touch of torture that. Oh and the bath water came out brown… In summary one to avoid. My group will stay up the road in another hotel next time. AVOID

This property is quite and dated. When we went to use the pool we were told it is closed on Sundays and that we needed to but a swim cap if we wanted to swim. Breakfast was okay. Great water presuure in the shower.

The location of the hotel is very good, that's the only good thing about it. There is a mosque next to the hotel, it is not possible for you to rest, not only that, there is construction next to the hotel and it is right in the middle of the industry, it is not even that much, of course, the reception staff inside are extremely rude, incomprehensible and do not speak English at all and cannot empathize, so you have to stay there. They act like a great blessing for you, they hold you responsible for every problem that happens to you, they never help you, don't even ask for the address, it's only a matter of time before you get beaten, the breakfast is very bad, always the same, tasteless, inadequate and unhygienic, the staff are careless, they are far from polite, the rooms are very old, nothing works or is faulty, the room cleaning is insufficient. You cannot get cleaning for an hour, they throw the towel on your face. If you are going to come here, think not once but 5 times. The doors do not even lock, there is no security anyway, but someone can enter your room at any time. I blame the Bilek hotel manager for giving you this bad experience.
