Pros 1. Excellent location 2. Friendly staff (mostly) 3. Nice free breakfast Cons 1. Dangerous if you have children - the stairs are very steep and the door locks are overided when using the door handle from the inside meaning young children could escape the room and potentially fall down the marble steep stairs (we had to use suitcases against the door) 2. The rooms are outdated...we had a very loud extractor fan in the bathroom which would wake the children. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and random holes in places... 3. The rooms are not soundproofed, we were constantly woken by the loud trains and other guests. 4. They only have one highchair so we were not able to use one for majority of our stay as it was always in use by another family. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are travelling with young children

The hotel is run down and filthy. The beds are hard and the sheets are so dry and scratchy. It was the worst stay I’ve ever had. We checked out early because the conditions were so bad and they refused to refund us for the nights we weren’t staying. Even though I booked a refundable room. It’s a bad hotel. Location is okay. Close to the main attractions. But the room was so bad it was terrible. We moved across town and it was much better.

Perfect location. Very easily accessible by the tram service. Very close to the Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque.

Lovely and clean hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice, safe and friendly area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Within walking distance of Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and Topkapi Palace. We chose a superior room which gave us a good view over the Marmaris Sea and the mouth of the Bosphorus.

Excellent location walking distance to mosques, historical sites, shopping and dining. Rooftop bar is basic but has amazing views. Front desk staff were extremely helpful in advice, booking a turkish bath for us, and changing our room when the AC was making a lot of noise. Very happy with our choice!

Me impresionó el excelente trato de la joven (no recuerdo nombre, que lástima) que nos recibió. Excelente trato, se tomó el tiempo de indicarnos en mapa lo mas relevante y como manejarnos en la ciudad. Es una persona que cualquiera desearía tener en una organización.
También los muchachos muy amables y en el desayuno.
El hotel en general muy recomendado, Si volviera a Estambul iría al mismo lugar, su limpieza, cuartos etc, son recomendables. Tambien su ubicación y cercanía a los sitios de interés turístico.

We had a great time in Sultanahmet, the hotel just gave us the perfect service. I especially recommend the Suite room, very worth it. It had a such amazing view. Cleanliness is 10/10, since its even more important in these times. So, thanks for that! Haiga Sophia, Blue mosque and the Basilica are on the walk distance nearby. Lots of turkish cuisine to eat around the location.

Wurden Sehr gut empfangen. İst ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Es ist sehr zentral und es ist zu Fuß überallhin erreichbar. Die Straßenbahn und die Moscheen (Fatih Sultan, Ayasofya) sind ebeso mit fuß erreichbar.
