The worst thing about this hotel is the parasitic bugs. I was treated for 2 weeks for bites. This is just a terrible hotel. And no one wants to hear about it. The Aspen Hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. The staff doesn't care about the guests.

The location of the property is convenient. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are small but clean. They could add some amenities to the room. Additionally the property is now charging tax $2/day for a couple, this was not listed on ******* when I booked the room.

All the staff were extremely kind to the lady on crutches. It was a very memorable week’s stay, even only walking a block a half. Hilarious.

A truly pleasant stay...everyone was very kind and helpful...impeccable cleanliness...delicious breakfast...and the nicest and most appreciated thing was the company of the little mascot Charles, the super nice and cuddly hotel dog who stayed with us he celebrated every time he saw us...😍 We loved this experience 🙏❤️we thank all the staff and little charls

Hotel molto curato, vicino alla fermata Aksaray del tram su una linea molto comoda: due fermate dal Gran Bazaar e poche fermate da Sultanhamet (in cui si trovano Hagia Sofia, la Moschea Blu, il Topkapi e la CIsterna basilica). Con la stessa linea potrete arrivare facilmente anche a Galata. Comodo anche se atterrate all'aeroporto di Istanbul nella parte Europea in quanto a circa un quarto d'ora a piedi si trova la fermata del bus che collega l'aeroporto. Camere piccole, ma comode e pulite. Colazione a buffet buona. Una menzione speciale a Charlse, il cagnolino mascotte dell'hotel, davvero simpatico!
