Worn out, dirty and broken. The smell alone is just awful. Air conditioning only works at 23 degrees Celsius

Exactly the same room that I booked. A very clean roomw hotel, restaurant, and waiting room. The receptionist was very humble and helpful.

Hotel located in the semi-centre, with a 20 minute walk you can pleasantly reach Sultanhamet. Decent rooms, comfortable beds, good and equipped bathroom. Very quiet, especially the rooms at the back. More than decent breakfast, both sweet and savory available. Welcoming, kind and attentive staff. Several restaurants in the area. Average prices.

Hotel in a strategic area in the heart of old Istanbul. It is possible to easily reach the main attractions on foot from the Basilica of S. Sofia to the basilica cistern, from the grand bazaar to Topkapi palace. Very kind staff. The only flaw is the breakfast which for a 4 star is very poor and definitely needs improvement. overall excellent
