Absolutely wonderful staff, helpful and kind. Location more or less perfect as it is within 2-3 minutes walking distance of sultanahmet with plenty of late night eateries and such literally around the corner.

首先優點酒店很温馨 靠近海邊 藍色清真寺以及聖索菲亞教堂， 前台服務人員也很好，但是房間沒有電梯 房內無瓶裝水 房間小 尤其超級不隔音 樓上樓下一個手機振動的聲音都聽的清清楚楚 上廁所洗手的聲音就更別提了 早餐的樣數也是少的可憐。最為不能忍受的事，服務員打掃衞生不管屋裡有沒有人，直接開門進屋，住了4天，天天如此，沒有智能系統識別屋裡插沒差卡，衹要服務人員有空就來開門，嚇死了，而且真煩人。

地理位置不錯，去哪都方便，又續了幾天大床房，房間很大，住的比較舒服。餐廳在頂樓，花很漂亮，早餐還算豐富。

Our stay at Esans hotel was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to assist in planning and booking activities/transportation. Special shoutout to the front desk staff for all their help! The included breakfast was very appreciated. It was filling and enjoyable. The staff preparing breakfast were so kind. Location was also great, very close to landmarks. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

This is a perfectly located pleasant small hotel in Old Town. It's especially great for a first time visitor in Istanbul. I stayed in a very comfortable and well kept room. Staff always helpful and friendly. I very much enjoyed my week long stay. No elevator, however the staff carried my bag to and from the third floor. Breakfast it on the top floor (4th) with views of the Bosporus. Breakfast was plentiful and puts ALL US hotel breakfasts to shame.
