Bu otelde hırsızlık yapıldı, montum çalındı. Güvenlik kameralarına bakıldı temizlikçi alıyor ve çöp poşetine sarıyor. Bunun üzerine bizim yapabileceğimiz bişey yok deniliyor. Herşey apaçık ortada olmasına rağmen, bizim çalışanlarımız yapmaz deniliyor. Bu otelde hırsızlık var, sakın gitmeyin. Sizi şikayet edeceğim!

horrible stay. rudest staff i’ve ever met. accused of us using the minibar charged us the whole minibar. changed our room types without consent. dirty rooms. will never visit again. too expensive for a dirty old hotel.

The gentleman who checked me in at about 2:30 in the morning was very kind.

Our comfortable room had breathtaking view .. really nice breakfast with fresh orange juice .. helpfull staff.. next door to hotel there is a caffe where we tried the best ( I am not joking !!!) Turkish coffee in Istanbul . Hotel is situated in the center of Taxim square which is very comfortable for travelers .fair price is additional plus .

Hotel staff is excellent had amazing breakfast - front desk is very friendly - we had no problem staying at this property - amazing view with Terrace suite stayed there for 3 nights, i cant wait to come back again.

We stayed here on new years weekend.The hotel is in an excellent location but the setup is very cramped.The receptionist was not friendly and kept on referring to us as the Pakistanis to his colleagues despite having our passports and knowing our names and that we are South African.The interconnecting room is too tiny and bathroom is extremely cramped.When we requested other rooms they said that they are fully booked.When i requested a refund so i could go elsewhere they refused.The whole time we stayed there our room smelled of smoke as the ventilation was bad and people where smoking in all the rooms. Not a people friendly hotel
