We were there for 2nights and we choose this hotel because of its location...but it was a great mistake..it was awful..i went to many hotels in the world and i cant say how awful was this hotel! The room was totally dirty and you hate when you open your eyes in this hotel! I asked 2times for fixing the air conditioner and when each person of this hotel came, they dont get off their shoes even when i said to them that you should get them off! Believe me that you would be crazy in each moment that you are there. The bathroom was awful!! It was smelling all the time and it doesnt be fixed! Our room was double but they gave us 2 dingle bed!!!I think if you call this place "hotel", you dont know the definition of hotel. I prefere to sleep in the street rather than being in this location again! I should say that after this nightmare i went to another hotel that its name was Dore pera and it was amazing.dont waste your money and time to be in Nova plaza hotel

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel staff were very accommodating; especially Adem who worked at the front entry. He was so kind and helpful. Gave us recommendations and also provided us adapters for electrical phone chargers. He was fantastic! We recommend staying there for sure.

Από λάθος μας γιατί δεν μας έφτιαξαν το safehox αφήσαμε στο δωμάτιο μετρητά χρήματα .μάλλον οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος μας έκλεψαν 50 ευρώ.την άλλη μέρα αφήσαμε "ψωμάκι"δόλωμα μετρητά κ μας πήραν οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος 25 ευρώ.θα βλέπαμε με τον μάνατζερ από τις κάμερες ποιός ήταν.κρυφτηκαν όλοι μέχρι να φύγουμε.μας είπαν δεν χρειάζεται αστυνομία.οχι πια σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο με τους κλέφτες!

It is a very very small room. There is no space to go from a side to to another. No way that this room costs 139$ in Istanbul. I got sick because I can not stop the fan the night.

The hotel is clean and very nice, the attention of the reception was very unprofessional, the boys watched a movie at full volume regardless of the guests, their presentation was deplorable, unprofessional, the rooms have very thin walls, so at 2 am we had We had to mark so that they would silence the adjacent guests since we could hear their shouts and talks as if they were in our room, it has public spaces in ******* mixed with another hotel so the advertising is misleading, it is located near the bus stop that takes you They take you to the airport so it is very convenient and close to the Taksim metro, the street as in all of Taksim is extremely noisy since there are bars and restaurants around so you probably will not sleep very peacefully because you will hear some noise from the streets and fights, but in general it is a street that could be said to be quiet

It was a nice experience. The location is very good. The staff is always smiling. The rooms are not very big, but you can always find friendly and helpful staff. You can ask for help without hesitation.
