Returning to Levni Hotel and Spa for the second time, I anticipated an exceptional experience, but what I encountered surpassed all expectations. The hotel, already wonderful during my first stay in 2022, has somehow managed to elevate its standards even further, leaving me utterly impressed. In 2022 I stayed for 10 nights, this time I returned for 2 full weeks. I love the location of this hotel. Walking distance from the most important sites AND a perfect public transportation situation should one need to catch a tram to Beyoglu (2-3 stops), take the subway to Asia, or go on a boat. While it's in a busy part of the old city, because it's situated next to some government buildings, it's safe and quiet. The rooms remain a sanctuary of comfort and cleanliness, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. We stayed for two weeks, so comfort was a top priority. The rooms are impeccably clean and get serviced promptly. I did not get the name of our maid but what a hard worker she is! One of the standout improvements was the breakfast experience. While it was already delightful in 2022, the addition of more variety and an omelet station in 2023 took it to new heights. The dedication and hard work of the restaurant staff are truly commendable. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the multitude of tourists to attend to, they effortlessly rise to the occasion, ensuring that every guest receives the attention and care they deserve. They soon figured out my passion for morning coffee and brought the entire pot to me as soon as I sat down for breakfast. Personalized service! All the restaurant staff is wonderful and I don't have everyone's name. Mustafa was especially attentive, serving us at breakfast and dinner. He remembered us from our visit in 2022, which was very touching. Mustafa is a great professional, he made us feel so welcome. Also wonderful was Elif who served us during breakfast. Service Manager Huseyin Ayaksiz orchestrates everything perfectly. This time we used the Levni Spa. Our Hamam experience even surpassed the renowned Hürrem Sultan Hamam (HSH). While HSH undoubtedly boasts a magnificent historical setting (we don't regret going), it's the personalized attention and exceptional service provided by Melike and Jale Oz at Levni Hamam that truly set it apart. We found Levni Hamam experience more personalized, with a better massage. Needless to say, the price was also better at Levni. The reception staff is amazing. Coming back was a wonderful experience--everyone who was there in 2022 remembered me and greeted me so nicely. I hope I remember everyone's name. Yasemin, Murat, Arzu, Ysin, Oguz were most helpful and attentive to every need we had. If I did not mention someone--I'm sorry. You are all great. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff, was very pleased with my stay here and family enjoyed it too. The room was cleaned thoroughly when I returned from my activities at the end of the day, and the food served at breakfast was delicious.
