Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, ohne aber den ganzen Lärm und getummel der Touristen. Des weiteren ist das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Ich würde immer wieder gerne hier buchen.

Este hotel tem uma boa localização,, próximo dos principais pontos turístico e de restaurantes. eh confortável, limpo e tem um bom chuveiro. O café da manhã era fraco, com pouca variedade. Havia apenas tangerina como opção de fruta, e não havia suco. O atendimento era bom.

Начнем с плюсов: расположение. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Нас заселили не в основной отель, а в пристройку рядом. Номер с видом на соседнюю стену. Темно даже во время солнечных дней. В самом номере катастрофически мало места: квадратов 16. То есть номер совсем был не тем, что на фото в букинге (бронировали там). Кровать, тумбочка, табуретки и 4 мини-полки. Даже для чемоданов не нашлось места. Хоть сейф был. Кстати, вторую карту гостя вам тоже не дадут, на двоих тут положена лишь одна. Сам номер разваливается (см фото): все держатели для мыла и шампуней просто лежали у нас на полу. Душ протекал. На 4ый день начала протекать душевая кабина. Из гигиенических принадлежностей докладывали только шампунь и гель. Кстати, плюс еще один есть: уборка нормальная, полотенца постоянно меняют, дают воду, на этом спасибо. Завтраки 2 из 5. Вроде не однообразно, но всего очень мало. Намазок масса, но на этом всё. Из горячего постоянно картофель фри, омлет и сосиски или нагетсы. Сделали вывод, что лучше брать без завтрака номер. Кстати, номер комнат никто не уточняет: видимо можно прийти позавтракать и не оплатив. В целом, непонятно, чем занимается персонал: во время наплыва людей ничего оперативно не приносится и не подрезается. Кипяток ждали как-то минут 10. Его вообще кипятят в чайнике в коридоре (см фото). Забавно еще, что была сухая овсянка, но к ней нет горячего молока. И кипятка. На май 2023 номер для двоих с завтраком стоил 7200. Что, конечно, дорого при таком подходе.

I been in this hotel during my trip to Istanbul for three days. Room was clean and fresh. hotel and room decorated tastefully. Breakfast was very good with lot selection. Hotel is walking distance to Hagia Sophia mosque, Sultan Ahmed, Topkapi, and other touristic places, many restaurant to choose from around hotel. and price was reasonable.

Its a mid level hotel with small rooms and limited buffet. Location is a big plus. Walkable distance to Ayasofia, the tramway, Grand bazaar. Plenty of eateries around. For first timers would be suitable especially for families due to its location. As we were a family we were provided adjacent rooms but in an annex building. One room had better views and the other had none and both rooms were cramped.

If you are traveling with a family, do not stay here, stay at bigger chain. Rooms too small, breakfast same every day. Washroom super tiny. Unreliable airport transportation which almost caused us to miss the flight. For $259/night for super tiny room, better options within city. Ok for singles, if you have family, avoid at all costs. Stay at bigger chain hotels.

I really enjoy the reception personal- they helped us with lot of useful information they told us about good places with local food - fresh and low prices, information about the parking- I parked in an otto park that was under a building- great place and ok as prices; The room was big - we had a small window but we had a big bed and room. This Hotel ofers you free water anythime you ask for. The breakfast is very tasteful- lot of variaty. Is closed to many touristic objectives included Grand Bazar I really enjoy staying here :)
