Hôtel très bien placé, chambre double très confortable et spacieuse, personnel bien aimable et disponible
Petit déjeuner bien copieux dans le restaurant au 6ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur les Bosphore.
Si je retourne à Istanbul, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cet hôtel.

Helpful & friendly receptionist. The room & bathroom are quite big! And my room has a balcony facing the sea too! Breakfast was ok. Ordered in room dining, chicken chop with rice, big portion & tasty! The hotel is located 7min walking distance to sultanahmet mosque, hagia sophia & also grand Bazaar. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is considered big compared to others in the sultanahmet area. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. Will be back for sure!

We had an amazing time at the Innova hotel, very good service, very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing , the view was breathtaking and Bilal at the breakfast room was very welcoming. We had the deluxe room and it was amazing. Will definitely come here again.

We stayed here as part of a tour and were very surprised. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Hagia Sofia and a 5 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. The food in the restaurant is delicious and if you don't want to eat in, there's heaps of restaurants nearby. Your spoiled for choice. The Spice Bazaar is a $AUD10 Uber away as well. My wife used the day Spa and said it was the best massage she's ever had... She's had a lot! She said Oktay provided an excellent trea**ent.

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare la città vecchia e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici (la fermata del tram che porta al ritrovo per lo shuttle aeroportuale e, nell'altra direzione, al ponte di Galata è a pochi passi). Stanze ben dotate e spaziose. Colazione ricca e abbondante, con vista spettacolare sul mar di Marmara. Servizio impeccabile: abbiamo avuto bisogno spesso del loro supporto e tutti, dai receptionist ai camerieri di sala (in particolare il sig. Bilal), sono stata gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Piacevole il piccolo hammam.

We zaten niet in dit hotel, maar 300 meter verder op maar wel gebruik gemaakt van hun hamam. Wij kozen voor de locale massage maar van alles is mogelijk. Het zag er allemaal professioneel en schoon uit. De masseur en masseuse waren zeer goed. Bezocht in April 2024

Reception operativa con receptionist che parlano un buon inglese. Disponibili gentili e operativi. Albergo relativamente nuovo, pulito, silenzioso, si dorme bene e la pulizia quotidiana è ben fatta. La colazione promette molto ma poi non mantiene, Potrebbe essere migliorata soprattutto in termini di varietà. La posizione è eccezionale per visitare mosche blu, Santa Sofia. Palazzo Reale e bazar. Inoltre la reception organizza visite guidate molto interessanti.

Ottima esperienza, personale cordiale ed ospitale, sempre incline al servizio e all'accoglienza , camera spaziosa e confortevole, roof Garden per la Colazione e la cena , al Resturants 7Mila , otti.a esperienza anche alla SPA x Bagno Turco , Sauna e Massaggio con Oktay davvero preparato.
