Very well located hotel, very comfortable and spacious double room, very friendly and available staff
Hearty breakfast in the restaurant on the 6th floor with a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus.
If I return to Istanbul, I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Helpful & friendly receptionist. The room & bathroom are quite big! And my room has a balcony facing the sea too! Breakfast was ok. Ordered in room dining, chicken chop with rice, big portion & tasty! The hotel is located 7min walking distance to sultanahmet mosque, hagia sophia & also grand Bazaar. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is considered big compared to others in the sultanahmet area. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. Will be back for sure!

Hotel in an excellent position for visiting the old city and well connected by public transport (the tram stop that takes you to the airport shuttle meeting point and, in the other direction, to the Galata Bridge is just a few steps away). Well-equipped and spacious rooms. Rich and abundant breakfast, with a spectacular view of the Sea of Marmara. Impeccable service: we often needed their support and everyone, from the receptionists to the waiters (in particular Mr. Bilal), was very kind and extremely helpful. The small hammam is pleasant.

We were not in this hotel, but 300 meters further away, but we did use their hammam. We opted for the local massage, but anything is possible. It all looked professional and clean. The masseur and masseuse were very good. Visited in April 2024

Operational reception with receptionists who speak good English. Available, kind and operational. Relatively new hotel, clean, quiet, you sleep well and daily cleaning is well done. The breakfast promises a lot but then doesn't deliver. It could be improved especially in terms of variety. The location is exceptional for visiting blue flies, Hagia Sophia. Royal Palace and bazaar. Hospitality is a top priority in this hotel. We stayed here for three nights and were amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The receptionist even left his post and personally recommended a restaurant for us in the area. The hotel is perfectly located as a starting point and the best sights (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, cistern...) are all within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The excellent service in Oktay's in-house spa is also worth mentioning. We booked Package 4 with massage, sauna and mask and received a top-class treatment. Highly recommended!
