It was a very bad experience, the hotel is licated on a main road, but the Hotel rooms does not have any noise isolation whatsoever, you feel like you sleep in the Middle of highway 👺, I couldn't sleep at all.
I dont think I would ever book that hotel again.

Stained carpet, walls, bathroom needs also a do-over. Breakfast is ok to good. Still barely a 5 star hotel. Friendly staff, would be nice with more people speaking English. Close to the city center, if you get a good deal (less then 150 euro/night) then it’s worth the money otherwise there are better options for the same amount.

Great family stay. Hotel that meets customer requirements, attention to detail, nothing kept, top cleanliness. Well-equipped fitness room, sauna, hammam with respected hygiene. Special mention for Abdurrahman from the hotel restaurant. He took care of us like home! Thank you and see you soon!!

5 star hotell but there are some serious issues with the cleaning. The hotel maybe has been 5 star but it is very old and in need of restoration specially in the rooms, carpets are full of stains and the walls are not clean, there is also issue with the sound proofing, you hear everything that happens in the corridor while you are in your room.

The hotel was expensive for what it offered. It was so hot inside and the AC was not working. For the price that you pay, the bathroom was so bad. It was called a room with the turkish hamam but that hamam was so bad. The breakfast was alright, i dont recommend the hot meals that they had but everything else was alright. They were super friendly, very nice to you, every single one of the workers was amazing.
