We stayed there for 2 days. The service and the staff alone are worth at least 10 stars. They fulfilled all our wishes. Even little things like lending us umbrellas etc. were offered to us without us asking. In the lobby we were always offered free coffee and we were often asked if everything was OK. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area was also very quiet. We will definitely come back. Ps: The location is great!

My husband and I stayed at the Aren Suites for 4 days and we had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable - just walking minutes away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also, the staff of the Hotel were truly wonderful, super friendly, helpful and always with a genuine smile. Last but not least: the breakfast buffet was out of this world: great selection and the best coffee EVER. We will definitively be back at this beautiful Hotel. Thank You to all Staff - your great service was truly appreciated!!!

Perfect hotel for the price. Very clean and nice balconies. The view from the room was beautiful and the service from all the staff was perfect. The cat is also very cute and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and good quality. The location was excellent, only a short walk away from the sea and important sights. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Istanbul.

Das Aren Suites ist ein herrliches Hotel in erstklassiger Lage mitten in der Altstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Blauen Moschee und der Hagia Sophia entfernt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet, und es stand kostenlos stilles Wasser sowie ein Wasserkocher mit Teebeuteln zur Verfügung. Auch die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich und kann auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht genossen werden. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption beherrschen Englisch sehr gut und geben hervorragende Tipps für Stadtbesichtigungen. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kontakte und können daher zuverlässig und effizient Ausflüge und Besichtigungstermine (neu) organisieren und in allen Belangen weiterhelfen.
