Hotel assolutamente sconsigliato. Stanza sporca e fatiscente. Condizionatore d'aria pieno di polvere con filtri sporchi. Bagno associato ad una latrina e non ad un decente WC. La colazione scarsa, i succhi di frutta erano abbastanza maleodoranti e l'acqua era sicuramente di rubinetto anche se servita nei dispenser.

Hotel had no kettle to make hot drink, no heating i was freezing most nights when is cold... also no microwave to preheat my food.. far for shopper's and overly priced.

The service was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary things. I also asked for an iron and for a balance (to weigh the baggage) at the reception, and they gave them to me, as well as a kettle which I asked for at the bar. The breakfast was so various and perfect! Lots of options for sandwiches, veggies, cheese, boiled potatoes, lettuce, sauces, youghurt, boiled eggs, cereals and cakes... Even the typical orient sweet - khalva. Coffee was really good too! The view from the canteen is highly enjoyable - you can see the sea with lots of ships. The room was cleaned every day, with towels changed and soap & toilet paper added. We didn't have any problems about check in and check out, the staff was even willing to help with calling a taxi. BUT there are also some problems about the hotel. The greatest inconvenience is that there are cockroaches - we killed two in the room and saw another one in the hall. The towels aren't always perfectly clean, but generally okay. The neibourhood is dirty, with a black migrant vibe. Although, the hotel is really close to the most popular tourist sights and to transport. The local Laleli market can be useful for those who want to do some cheap shopping.

Die Lage war Super,einfach nicht in den Hinterhof schauen.Die Gasse sieht etwas gefährlich aus,aber dem ist nicht so. Nun zum Empfang,Personal,Zimmer und Frühstück. Sehr unfreundliches Personal.Das Zimmer 106 ist das Zimmer des Grauens!Wir sind schon viel gereist,einfaches gewöhnt,aber in diesem Zimmer,war das meiste dreckig, defekt mit Wasserschaden und es wurde auch nicht täglich gereinigt und das Bett gemacht.Nach zweimaligem Nachfragen, ein anderes Zimmer zu erhalten,haben wir aufgegeben.Zum Glück waren wir immer unterwegs.Das Frühstück entsprach absolut nicht den Bildern.10 min. Bevor das Buffet geschlossen wurde,wollte man keine Milch mehr öffnen.Schade um den Frühstücksbereich,könnte sauberer und mehr aufgepeppt werden,für die schöne Lage.Alles in allem ,wir waren noch nirgendwo mehr enttäuscht, als im Abel Hotel!

A localizaçao e razoavel, esta perto de varios pontos importantes de Istambul, mas numa rua estreita, se voce sair para o lado esquerdo entra em vielas oscuras cheias de homens provavelmente traficando. Embora nao tenha acontecido nada é tenso sair de noite por esse lado, já pelo direito e bastante tranquilo. O café da manha e satisfatorio porem a limpeza (pelo menos de meu quarto) deixou muito a desejar. A internet e bastante inestavel. A equipe atenciosa.
