We booked for two nights, stayed for the first night but couldn’t sleep, the bed is small and not comfortable, the room is noisy and the room and bathroom are smelly. We talked to the manager to cancel our stay the second night because of the above reasons and he refused to refund us or change the room. The location is good and near to restaurants and markets but overall I don’t recommend this place.

Overall, my experience at SEHIR HOTEL OLD CITY was average. The key highlights were the great location and the convenience it offered. 📍✨ However, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. The rooms in the hotel were on the smaller side, which could be a drawback for guests seeking more space and comfort. 🛌🏻🚶🏻♀️ Additionally, it would have been nicer to have more amenities or facilities available to enhance the stay. Nonetheless, the hotel's fantastic location made it easy to explore and access nearby attractions. 🗺️🌆 So, if you're primarily looking for a well-situated accommodation, SEHIR HOTEL OLD CITY could be a suitable option.

Für 60 Euro die Nacht ist die Service und das Zimmer auf eine Niveau von 10 Euro Pension! Sie desfinizieren nicht, sie putzen mit eine einzige Lappen das ganze Zimmer. Wenn man die Reinigungskraft fragt, ob sie desinfiziermittel haben, gibt es im ganzen Hotel nicht. In dieser Zeit mit Corona ein No go! Das Zimmer stinkt nach Rauch? 2 Zimmer angeschaut und keine waren Rauchfrei.... Das WCstinkt, nach Urin und Kanalisation. Frühstücks Buffet a La Standart das mindeste Vorhanden. Nur die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Jedoch mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen sehr laut. Ansonsten Klima Anlage funktioniert. Fernsehen funktioniert nicht. Für ein Mittelklasse Preise zwischen60-90 euro für Istanbul gar nicht zum empfehlen! Für diesen Standart gibt es 2 Zimmer hostels in Istanbuln sehr zentral.

Поступили нечестно. Мы не смогли прилететь в Турцию в связи с отменой авиасообщения по причине ужасной обстановки с коронавирусом в этой стране. Возврат денег за бронь на 7 ночей не сделали. На сообщения в чате Букинга не отвечают. Другие отели в Анталье и Каппадокии все сделали возврат , а эти подлые воришки - нет.

The staff was so helpfull several.ifvthem.spoke English abd the other ones tried. We enjoy our stay. Centraly located very safe area and easy to come and go from all.the turist destinations. We recoment this hotel.
