The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac, off a narrow street near Hagia Sophia. It is difficult for taxi drivers to find it. In principle, there was everything we needed, every day we changed towels, slippers, shampoo and shower gel, cleaned the room. The buffet breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus is beyond praise. The only thing that upset me a little was mold around the edges of the shower cabin and water leaking from under the cabin.
The hotel staff is helpful, helped to order a taxi to the Yanakapi pier.

The room is tiny, there was no cleaning for 4 full days, the bed and towels were not changed. The Internet worked for one day, then it only worked at the reception desk on the 1st floor. Nobody responded to all the questions and comments. There is no trash can in the room. There are 2 hangers in the closet. There is a safe. The renovation is noticeably tired, if that's important to anyone. Breakfasts have the same name. It seems like there is everything, olives, jam, cheese, cereal, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, but there is nothing to eat. Of the main dishes, only boiled eggs all days, one day they arrived half an hour after the start of breakfast and there were no more eggs, while we were eating no one put them in.

Hotel 500 meters from Aya Sophia and Sultanamhet, a quiet area with little traffic, but with many clubs nearby. Our room was on the 5th floor, spiral staircase without elevator, but equipped with everything, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sockets, bedside tables, adequate bathroom, hot water, very clean and excellent sleep quality. But above all you didn't notice anything about the spectacular view of the sea. the sides of the room had windows and you had a wonderful 180 degree view even at night. If you looked out you could see the minarets of Aya Sophia. For the sweet and savory breakfast with a person cooking, we had to go down and up another 3 floors but the view from the terrace was also worth it. I recommend it for the quality-price ratio, the proximity to places of interest, the kindness of the staff and the slightly larger room than the average in Istanbul.

Overall hotel was nice clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful but some front desk staff were little forceful on offering excursions and private taxi service in €uro which was a LOT more expensive than paying in Lira and didn’t like it when i declined the offer.
Housekeeping and breakfast staff were Amazing.
However VERY disappointed with the fact there was no mention on expdia that there is NO LIFT in the property. It was difficult to climb up and down 2 floors for me as a person with mobility issues.

There is No elevator in the hotel …the stairs are very hard and difficult .. the room is good, breakfast and cleanliness is very good.. the beds are not comfortable..the reception team is fair enough .. the location is not good at all the street is very small the taxes refusing to come to the area due to the traffic ..
