The hotel receptionist went above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi, as we checked out on a Friday and Uber or taxi service was impossible. Both receptionists are kind, the hotel is super clean, bed is comfortable, we appreciate the elevator, the kettle for hot water(which many other hotels don’t provide) so thank you, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar, tram transportation, and only a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. We truly enjoyed our stay at serai hotel! Wish we could stay longer.

Absolutely best hotel in Istanbul , extremely nice staff very clean and fresh rooms and lobby, they let us check out later then we should and helped us a lot with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone

Great place to stay, central location but quite enough to have a good sleep, the staff is exceptional and very helpful (thanks for coffee). The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, very professionally. We will definitely stay at this place again.

My wife and I stayed for 5 days at this hotel. The price was announced at 80 bucks and showing the room, the girl from the reception replied that breakfast was included. I asked for a discount and they charged me up to 70 bucks. We settled in, paid for all the days at once, after a couple of minutes, as I closed the door, I felt a slight unpleasant smell. Well, I think ok, since the room as a whole was not bad, it was worth its 70 dollars. Later I went down to the reception to ask where the breakfast is, to which they tell me "and this is the price without breakfast." I'm at a loss, I say they say you said upstairs that breakfast is included, in response, she rattled something and I went to the room. I immediately began to storm other hotels and an hour later I went down again to report that I was moving out in the morning and would like to return the money for the remaining 4 days. Now they tell me that they will charge $ 90 for this night, like this is the price if for one night. This hotel is definitely not worth the money. I put 2 only for a relatively decent number

Cons We had booked 2 rooms each for a 5 night stay. When we arrive, I discover with amazement the striking smallness of the rooms. The most basic is the size of the bed. Most shocking to me was the second room category (queen size bed) which was advertised as large enough to accommodate a cot. We had a co-sleeping bed in which my almost 2 year old child could not sleep because reserved for children under 9kg. When I asked for an adapted travel cot, I quickly understood why they hadn't given it to me immediately, once inside the door wouldn't close! (We had to block access to the bathroom). Besides, the door to our room only closed halfway, it was faulty. Like the hair dryer that didn't work. And what about the view? Never seen worse! I leave you the photo that speaks for itself of the only window of the room! Positive points Friendly staff Tastefully renovated hotel

Denise, greetings from Moscow from Ekaterina and Christina🌞 Our room is 403, window into the courtyard. There was no view, but it was very quiet👍. Just what you need for sleep and relaxation. The hotel is clean, pleasant aroma, comfortable bed, modern toilet and shower, designer furniture. HAVAIST bus stop and T1 tram stop are 5 minutes walk from the hotel. MIGROS supermarket 2 min walk. Stylish, quiet, modern small hotel in the very center of Istanbul. I recommend to everyone. Unfortunately, there are no photos of the hotel on my device from which I am writing a review, but you can safely trust the photos that are in the hotel’s profile.
