The Grand Tower Hotel

Le foto presentate non corrispondono a ciò che abbiamo trovato. Nella nostra camera pioveva dentro: la finestra e il muro erano "aggiustati" con il nastro di carta. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci stanza, ma non avendone altre disponibili ci hanno proposto di restituirci i soldi della notte e sbatterci per strada (in piena notte e sotto il diluvio). Sotto nostra insistenza e dopo parecchio tempo, siamo riusciti ad avere una stanza in un altro hotel poco distante... una struttura ancora più fatiscente, ancora peggiore di quella che lasciavamo. Il giorno dopo il proprietario ci aveva promesso la restituzione dell'intero soggiorno, ma non si è presentato. Abbiamo quindi dovuto prenotare un'altra struttura e pagare un altro hotel a nostre spese. L'inglese del personale era pessimo e per comunicare utilizzavano un traduttore sui telefono. Una vacanza rovinata praticamente ancora prima di iniziare.

This hotel is not at all customer-oriented for its visitors. I wrote to the hotel in advance that we would be on a honeymoon and we would be checking in late and the reservation would be paid for in cash on the spot. When we were going to the airport, the hotel tried to write off the payment, but they couldn’t, then it was even funnier than the receptionist, he wanted to overcharge us for 100 euros, supposedly he got it wrong. He checked us into a terrible room, saying that the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. The room smelled like sewer and there was a huge hole in the wall. It’s better not to check into room 404, it’s very old and shabby. I generally keep quiet that our room had a balcony, but where he checked us in there was no balcony. In general, a terrible place... the next morning we managed to move to another room... heaven and earth... and the money is the same, although the category of rooms differs in style and square meters, the presence of a balcony and the freshness of the room... very, very unpleasant
