Very kind step and smile. location good.

I wasn't able to hotel because it wasn't for travellers it was for patients and for relaxing people after doing operations at hospital so not for family to have fun or anything else. And the side were busy

Choose this hotel, the price is expensive, but the service is good, free desserts, still continue to choose

🚗 Transportation: It is quite convenient, halfway up the mountain, there is not much to eat, go to the nearby shopping mall

Stayed on the 5th floor and was still a lot of noise from the roads at either side of the hotel. Ask for a higher room if possible. Some staff really helpful, others not so much and felt like an inconvenience. Breakfast was ok but food overall is expensive and of poor quality, stay away from room service, usually cold, greasy and arrives to your room uncovered.

Hotel is super I loved it .. I booked a suit very spacious We stayed for 2 nights super clean super comfortable metro is 1 kilometer away Ünalan Metro station but busses are closer .. staff are kind specially Mr Yasin he was so friendly so polite.. sure will stay here again in future

Nice hotel. Good location if u want to stay away from city centre .staff front desk need better training when communicate with customer....

Other than they didn’t recognize my vip status i have no complaints Hotel is clean service is amazing location is super perfect very close to may be istanbuls best mall Emaar mall. I noticed this hotel is for patients after there surgeries for rehab. Made me feel a bit like i am in a hospital.

We stayed at this property for 9 day's it was pretty close to areas we needed to get to.

First of all I would like to thanks Mr.Arda who was really helpful and cooperative with me and my family to make or stay enjoyable. The ladies staff at the receptions unfortunately are too difficult to help and never smile and they need to be trained more how to gain customers and not to loose them.

The stay was amazing . Hotel was clean, nice, and suitable . Ulgen ,cem, darukhan, Arda, ilayda made our stay so good. Along with other staff ( don’t know everyone’s name ). They were professional , kind , always smiling and ready to forget . They started to feel like family . They were always quick to answer any inquiries , get anything we need right away . Sometimes if would feel like the phone did not even ring and they would answer !!! So fast . They were always smiling and kind. They went out of their way to help with taxi, food, places to eat and great suggestions . They work so hard I never saw them standing around . They were always doing something or helping someone even after midnight ! Thank you so much guys . Hotel itself structurally is amazing as well close to a mall and a few grocery stores. Till we meet again .

Nice hotel away from the busy city centre.

Clearness in bathroom was not good, hotel has no 24/7 room service. Staff is excellent and pleasant and everything except above mentioned is very nice
