Bad experience staff were not so friendly or polite little rude at times. Apartment was not 5* the finishing touches were very poor! Plug sockets not working. No cooking equipment had to ask for fresh towels after 2 days. Major accident happened in shower where the glass door fell off and landed over my husband and cut him badly. No sorry or apologies moving room with zero help. Not impressed.

my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel booked through your service. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations for the following reasons:
1. The air conditioning in the room was extremely poor and barely functioning, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially during the night.
2. The cleanliness of the room was far below the expected standard. It was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene level was disappointing.

Great appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!

I loved G hotels. The service was amazing. Everybody was so lovely and the boys at the reception were fantastic. What a fantastic hotel and amazing staff. I can’t wait to be back in August. Thank you everyone at G hotel!!!
