The reception staff was professional and quick to check us in and taking care our stuff 10/10. The hotel in a good area very close to Taksim Maydan and the restaurants. Big enough room very comfortable and fairly clean. But, they need to prevent the residents of smoking in the rooms/lobby area!

El hotel estupendo, el desayuno genial, la verdad es que estamos muy contentos. La gente de aquí es muy simpática y agradable y hacen todo lo que pueden para que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. En especial agradecimiento a Arzu Deniz.

Better to stay away from this hotel and its staff. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. we found glass pieces on the floor of the room and in the bath and my child got injured and started bleeding. No first aid kit in the hotel and the staff was not bothered, they just said that go the pharmacy and sort your matter. Bathroom lock was broken as so was the mirror. AC not working. Location is fine.

worst hotel and staff. Bathroom was under repaired when we entered the room wash basin was not working and bathroom was choking, we requested to change the room, they laugh at us .there were glass pieces in the room, my 8years daughter got heart with the glass pieces and started bleeding, when I rushed to reception for first aid, they said they do not have it, Pharmacy is right in front of the hotel, but staff told me we do not have money to buy. I broke down and still they are not bothered, fellow guest helped me and got me the band aid. basic requirement, first aid kit was not available in the hotel. Our tour operator was also not cooperative, we requested him to arrange another hotel for us, but did not give us any support. Please do not use this brand again,

L'hotel è ubicato a 100 metri dalla famosa Piazza Taksim quindi in posizione centrale. Hotel molto pulito, camere confortevoli l'unico appunto che devo fare è sulla colazione che offre poche cose da degustare. Personale cordiale alla reception, buonissima la ricezione del WI-FI nella stanza.

La mauvaise expérience que j ai jamais eu a istanbul !! J arrive à l hotel j etais vraiment surprise de l etat de hotel aucun rapport avec les photos a peine de la lumiere tres petit... la reception juste un petit bureau il merite pas meme un etoile ...en+ personnels ne parlent pas les langues meme pas l anglais.. ils nous laissent attendre debout pendant plus qu une heure alors qu'on etait fatigué et ils nous demandent une caution a l arrivé alors que ce nest pas mentionné sur la reservation et on etait pas informé !! On demande de voir un responsable ils refusent hhh on etait obligé d'annuler et de quitter l hotel malgré que y avait un tempête à ce jour et ils ont rien dit hhh heureusement pour nous qu'on a trouvé un hotel beaucoup plus meilleur presque juste en face midtown rien à voir hhh evitezzzzzzzz
