It was a great experience at this hotel You feel like you are at your home. The hotel is located in the city center near the tourist attractions, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed. A very clean hotel with daily room cleaning service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful serving, breakfast was good , variety of delicious food ، I recommend visiting it

I’m really contemplating how not to give a negative review but I’m really disappointed at this hotel. I wish there is a negative because for the first time in all my travels, I have been treated very badly by a hotel staff. His name is Hakkan and I wish he knows how to treat clients better. I don’t mind paying even if the facilities and services are very poor because that’s your business, but next time talk to your clients better. Our last 2 nights were spent in a very tiny room which was newly painted, we had to bear the smell. The bathroom has a poor drainage so it flooded when I took a shower. All those inconveniences I never complained but Hakkan had the audacity to complain when I brought my friend on my last night as I needed help with my luggage. Unbelievable behavior. I felt so bad for my friend and for myself as he was raising his voice on me, not the best way to treat a client. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When I saw the hotel on *********** and visitors said it was a great hotel and put it in a great calendar, I booked it and I was happy, but when I went to it and after a long trip I arrived at night and the first surprise was that the hotel is very far from the main road. The taxi driver was looking for it in vain Until he phoned them to describe the place to him and when we went we found a very old building and a very bad entrance and the reception worse, not clean and very small and a young man working there only helps talking and when we found this bad shape we asked to see the rooms we went up the stairs because the second surprise is that there is no elevator in This small old building and the stairs are very uncomfortable and tired. When we went up to one of the rooms, we found the rooms are not as in the pictures at all, old, not clean and very cold, and there is no heating in the winter, what about in the summer, and there is no safe box in the room to keep your money in, and of course because of the late time we only found Overnight on this black night in it and we are very disgusted and the third surprise is that you are the one who carries the travel bags on the stairs and there is no help for you to the high roundabout like the third and fourth, and after we went up we felt Thirsty, we did not find water to drink. On request, the worker told us that there are small cups like the one on the plane, and he brought us only two. In the morning the breakfast was bad, and this is normal and we did not eat anything from it. We went to the manager in the morning and spoke to him that we do not want to stay and that the hotel management is a liar and offers what is not true. And the booking is also a liar for you. He responds to us and said we can’t get the money back. We actually did not take our money after several attempts. We left the hotel and lost our money in it. We went to another hotel that is much better than it, and its location is better, the service is good, and it has all the capabilities that the tourist needs, and it is strange that the Booking website has a rating lower than The one before him is bad. How do I not know? It is clear that the booking does not care about the customers who are important to their profits.. I warn you from this hotel.

worst hotel i have been to. heard so good about it but when i went there i thought it was another hotel. worst place I swear do not recommend to anyone. we stayed one day but had booked for 9 days then i booked the day after a better hotel. Cold in the room poor poor service and disgusting terrace

The room did not match the description at all. It was dirty, ice cold in the room, no water in the room. Could not lock our bedroom so we had to put our bag at the door so we could sleep. Poor service there was no elevator just stairs we had to carry our bags ourselves. We wanted to change rooms but they did not want to change rooms for us.

Fake pictures online, they don’t match when you get to the hotel, I feel I was scammed just like all other negative reviews said, save your money and look for better place. We stat in a lot of hotels worldwide never been treated bad hotel smell like smoke everywhere dirty. We couldn’t even stay one day. They wouldn’t cxl or refund our money even though we didn’t stay single day. They could’ve just charged only one day as penalty and refund remaining days. Not great business that money is not good to keep owner of the hotel hope you read this. Should take peoples money when they didn’t stay at your hotel, because your product wasn’t what you advertise on line.
