The window in the room was broken. The front desk called and said they would come up to check. I waited for half an hour but they didn't fix it. I went downstairs and asked someone to come up and take a look and said they would change the room. I waited for another half an hour and they called and said there were no rooms and we had to make do with them. But there were clearly rooms. Then they started to pass the buck and said it was because there were too many people during Eid al-Fitr. They said the windows in all the rooms were the same. Their attitude was extremely bad. They were racist and didn't communicate well with me. I don't recommend staying here.
