Otelde 4 kere kaldım. Temizlik konusu benim için önemli. ***et iyilerdi. Tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olması da iyi oldu. İstanbul da ulaşım gerçekten büyük problem. Şehre 25 km uzakta bir yerde kaldım. Günde 4-5 saatim yolda geçtim

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfait de notre séjour dans cette hôtel de soit disant 4*. Nous avions réservé des chambres standard, le réceptionniste nous a installé en sous-sol dans des chambres sales avec une fenêtre donnant sur la salle à manger . Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir de notre mécontentement, deux nuits d’enfer sur 5. heureusement que notre correspondant de mondial tourisme est intervenu avec insistance auprès de l’hôtelier pour qu’il nous donnent enfin les chambres prévues dans notre location. Petit déjeuner médiocre et industriel, très loins d’un 4* Insonorisation des chambres médiocre. Le seul avantage de cette hôtel est la proximité des sites touristiques. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel si vous souhaitez avoir un certain confort (insonorisations, petit déjeuner de qualité, lit de qualité)

Mauvaise expérience avec Hamit qui a annulé ma réservation effectuée en septembre pour une arrivée en novenbre a deux jours avant mon arrivée. Motif de carte invalide alors que je l’ai utilisé pour payer un autre hôtel ….. j’ai compris par la suite qu’ils le font souvent pour revendre les chambres en plus value

Отдыхала в декабре 2022 году , много в отеле африканцев , и разных , русских мало , отель очень грязный , уборку почти не делали , смогла прожить 2 дня , затем переехала в другой отель , завтрак тоже ужасный , обслуживание тоже не очень , номера грязные и потрепанные , нужна реставрация отеля , отель старый !!!! Стоит не дорого но больше 2 дней не смогла находиться ,

I recommend this hotel. Very nice breakfast and close to every place. 5 minutes to tramway station and 5 minutes to vezneciler metro station. By walking to go every historical place ( hagia sophia, suleymaniye mosque etc.)

To say it's a pigsty is an understatement. When booking through Booking, the pictures looked at the location and, in principle, arranged (according to the pictures). But on arrival it was srach stench mold dirt. Only in my opinion the used condoms were not enough for a complete set. The room is not cleaned. Everything is greasy. I found a cheaper and cleaner hotel near Hagia Sophia. Close and most importantly clean. Do not settle in this viper for any money. Best regards, Arman.

I stayed for 1 night with my family. I guess the hotel is newly restored. They gave us a room on the lobby floor and we were not satisfied at all. There was a constant strong smell of cigarettes in the room, and there were constant voices and conversations from the lobby late at night and towards the morning. If you are going to stay, do not accept a room from the ground floor. Breakfast was also very mediocre, I wouldn't consider staying again.

we had a problem with that receptionist so the thing is we made a reservation for 12nights by booking and we informed that we will arrive ( late 1 o'clock) . and when we arrived he didn't even welcome us or give us time he directly told us we what I said we have res he said ' I don't have any reservations' ! when I showed him the reservation he said ' it's canceled nothing I can do'' so NOT professional AT ALL. bad experience and thanks for ruining our vacation!!
