Upon check-in, we were given another room, although we booked a view of the garden, but were given a view of the parking lot, where it is noisy. The next day we were moved with a view of the garden, to our great indignation. The rooms are not big, but clean. Cleaning only in the mornings, we didn’t have time to leave until 12.00. the room will not be cleaned. Even if they posted a cleaning card on the handle. Towels and bed linen were changed only on the 3rd day, at our request, and were not changed again. There is no place to hang swimsuits to dry. Shampoo, shower gel, soap were provided. Disposable slippers are available, but we did not use them. The room has everything you need for your stay. TV and air conditioning work. Breakfast is monotonous, a buffet: boiled eggs, salads, pickles, sausages or French fries, different types of cheeses and baked goods. The guys at the reception are nice and ready to resolve issues. Hotel with convenient location to attractions. Near the embankment with bus stops. There are several flights of stairs to get to the tram stop.

Not much facilities. Booked a sea facing room but the hotel is near a highway and train track. Can't sleep peacefully at night and there are always people shouting at night. The air-con was also terrible. Don't book a sea facing room for extra.

I like the location as the blue mosque, grande bazar are 9-10 minutes walk away. I arrived early at 5:00 am and a request was already shared for an early check-in however the receptionist denied early check-in even though rooms were still available as I could see when I walked up to my room. I got checked in at 7:30 am and requested breakfast even though it was denied. I paid for 3 days out of which 1 day I was entirely out and as my flight was early morning the next day we left at midnight. I asked for cleaning the room, but it wasn't done and when we were leaving that day the room was cleaned however a couple of things were missing from the room and I hadn't realized until I was boarding the flight when I needed them. Missing chocolates, green tea, visa and ticket docs left on the table... The hotel didn't help me in finding those items and said you might have lost somewhere and not at the hotel. It went missing from the room and not after I left, as soon as I realized I have contacted both customer service and hotel but no go.

The front desk said that the room was an economy room and was in the basement. After the waiter helped to bring the luggage to the room, he asked for a tip. After opening the room, there was a smell of cheap perfume. Forget all these, the Wifi did not work, which was the most annoying. The front desk said that there were indeed some problems with the WiFi and they were not sure when it would be fixed. Very bad stay experience.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and it was fabulous. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Not to forget to mention the tall guy with the short hair that did the check in for us (forgot to ask for the name) he was really positive and made us feel very welcome from the very first day. Breakfast has everything for all the categories and a many choices.
Based on the price you pay what you get in advance is more than enough. Once again thank you for having us and why not to come back one more time
