I stay 6 nights with my family and we are more then satisfied with accomodation and conditions, staff are very pleasant and allways at disposal, they constantly clean complete hotels rooms and changing towels. For sure I recommend this hotel and probably I'll back again in future.
Location of hotels is perfect considering transportation (bus, tramm and metro) to all parts of Istanbul.

We stayed six nights and were very happy with the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Turkish with a good selection of dishes each day - eggs, cheeses, salads, breads to name some. The room was a good size as was the shower/bathroom. Housekeeping kept the room beautifully clean. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from the tram to the Blue Mosque and Dolmabahce palace; and buses to Taksim square. Ideal for seeing the sights - Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia also easily walkable. Would book Grand Umit if I visited Istanbul again

Very nice hotel, the manager Farhad made my stay very comfortable and provided everything I needed on short notice. Great breakfast is included and everything went just great. Location is awesome and the staff are so friendly. Thank you for a great stay! Recommended and will come back again soon!

Room was clean and spacious. Good access to transport and restaurant few minutes walk from hotel. The staff were nice and friendly.

Отвратительное, зловонное место, которое несоответствует описанию, находится в районе где проживают одни эмигранты, менеджер отеля врет по любому поводу. Завтраки -дермо!!Уборка, мало того, что не своевременно, так еще и не качественная!!! Полотенца не меняют, всего нужно добиваться со скандалом! Остерегайтесь этого места! Все положительные отзывы написанные ранее фальшивы!!!
