Yenikapı Metro and Yusufpaşa Tram are all accessible, and it is located in a very good location, especially within 10 minutes of walking to Istanbul Airport Bus Habaist in front of Aksaray Metro. It's a good hotel for the price

The hotel is located in a very dirty area, but once you go in, everything is perfect: large, clean room, comfortable bed, big TV, rich breakfast. Unbeatable for the price.

The receptionist was very kind. They will clean your room every day. Very enthusiastic. The gate is locked every night with 24-hour security. very safe. Very clean. Good price. Breakfast included.

The hotel was very nice in all aspects.
The reception people were wonderful, smiling and helpful, check in was fast , easy and smooth, even though my plane was late and I arrived at the hotel after midnight. The room was very good in terms of space, cleanliness, and beds, and contained all the necessities. Room service was daily. Breakfast includes the basics and is very reasonable for the price charged.
I had reserved the room for one night and extended my stay for two more nights.

Bed linen was never changed, brown stains on bed linen and towels. Room was never mopped. Only one power socket available. Shower has mold stains, limescale. Ventilation system makes too much noise. And a big rip-off at the airport transfer. Paid 850 TL at reception but when arriving at the airport the speedometer says 630 TL. Breakfast is the same every day, no special menu selection

Latelty I have been in Istanbul in an academic mission for the first time with four coworkers. We were well functioning , which made our stay confortable and lovely. The Hotel owner is a very generous and classy gentlemen. He warmly welcomed us and invited us to dinner, a very delicious Turkish Kabab and turkish baklava as a disert. The staff members (Irfan, Sudem, Muhammet, and Aybüke) were highly professional. They spoke English very fluently. As a linguist and expert in English language and professional communication I give them "excellent" as a comment for their communocative skills. The location of the hotel is very convinient because you can do shopping and enjoy visiting touristic places even on foot if you like walking. My first experience in Istanbul was fantastic thanks to La SERA Hotel. I think I will come back to Istanbul again with my family and I will enjoy staying in La SERA Hotel.
