The guys at the reception were real human beings and brought human touch to every service they rendered. Kaam in particular was exceptional. He went the extra mile and was very patient with me when I was stupidly trying to transfer my earlier frustration from the airport on them. I am sorry guys and you are heroes at what you do. I will visit again if the opportunity comes.

Big rooms, bed room, living room with sofa tv kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine. Staff is very kind and always available. Very good position close to the seaside and Marmara train station in a couple of minutes. Shop not far away.

First of all let's get the listing description straight: - It's not a hotel but rather a MOTEL at best. - they deceivingly list rooms with "ocean view" for a ground level rooms! Secondly, the rooms description: - yes it is a big rooms, but it's an old & nasty furnished one, with barely any lights fixtures in it! - Not safe at all, with rooms that has big glass window right next to the roads at ground level! - The "motel" without consideration of their own resident, arrange for weddings (from the afternoon up to around 11:30 p.m. with constant loud musics) in an areas right in front of the hotel room, so forget about you getting some rest. Theirdly, staff: - uncooperative lying front desk staff, as i requested a different room to avoid some of the above mentioned issues, they claim there are no rooms available (while they still have rooms listed for booking on the web site!). - in addition i raised a complaint to ******* and they tried to contact the "motel" with no luck, i even informed the front disk kid to respond to ******* but he double down on his lies saying ******* never reached out! (Now that you've been informed of all that, book at your own risk)
