Very cute and tiny hotel. But feels like home. Staff is well trained and speak English, russian and Turkish. Cute small terrace downstairs with tables and chairs was my fav place to relax in the evening, watching people passing by and breathing fresh air. Staff was always offering Turkish tea ( which was amazing, frankly speaking), coffee and water whenever I sat downstairs with my friend. They were really friendly and I enjoyed having small talk with them sipping tea. Another thanks to the ladies who were maintaining cleanliness in the hotel and the room. I have to admit, me and my friend are a bit messy but whenever we were back from a long day we found room clean and neat, and we felt that the room was cleaned with care. The hotel is surrounded by many nice restaurants and cafes, walking distance from the tram station ( approx 10 minutes), everything is quite close to the hotel. I found the location convenient and perfect for myself. Downstairs just right by the side of the hotel you can find small corner shop with all necessities and snacks. Another thanks for arranging PCR test in the hotel and printing the results. You saved a good hustle to manage the pcr testing etc. would like to thank each and everyone personally, but I am bad with names so, thank you, team of magnaura house hotel for making our stay pleasant. Sincerely, meriam and Helen ( alena)
