En début de séjour, je trouvais que le service était correct, mais après ce n’était plus le cas, beaucoup de choses étaient c’est à moitié. Les femmes de ménage ont laissé la porte de notre chambre ouverte après leur passage durant toute la journée. Un autre jour ils ont fait le ménage, c’était nickel, mais on laissait la housse de couette dans un coin et la couette de l’autre. En gros c’était à nous de le mettre on entendait tout ce qui ce qui se passer autour de nous. Je m’explique les murs sont sans doute très faim et le son passé il y avait des trappes d’aération et on pouvait vraiment tout entendre. C’est limite si le son était multiplié par deux et que les voisins parlaient directement dans la bouche aération.
Je vous parle même pas des odeurs de toilette, c’est la même chose passe par l’aération et MDR j’avais l’impression que l’odeur était juste à côté de moi

The hotel is good for what we were looking for, a place to sleep, shower and rest. Our room was a bit small, but we basically only slept there. The area are not very beautiful, and it is a bit busy. Our room was facing the jard, not the street, so we were ok. The hotrl has aircondotion, but in May it was only heating, not cooling. We slept windows open. The breakfast was ok, but every day the same. We stayed several days, so it git a bit booring at the end.

Dalan hotel is very clean with welcoming stuff.Close to metro,tram and bus station.Wi-fi is available everywhere.Breakfast is really good and delicious.Every employee constantly asks you if you need anything. The rooms are small, but that's normal for this part of Istanbul. If you want, the rooms can be cleaned every day. The air conditioning works and water is definitely paid for everywhere. Just so you know. All pictures of the hotel are authentic as the information.

Average hotel, in part of the city I didn't like, but walking distance from Gran Bazzar and Hagia Sophia. Good point is Exchange office next to reception. Internet wasn't good, actually connection was really poor or non existent for most of the time. Breakfast was average as well. Small elevators for this many guests.

Almost a month has passed and the money has not been returned. The service through which I booked sent a request to the hotel, but the hotel does not respond. It was the hotel that wrote off the money (this can be seen from the bank statement), not the service. Don't book this hotel! Booked a room for January in November.
