It was really a mistake that i ordered this hotel to stay. 1. There was a stranger tried to get into the room and tried to take something from my bag. I don't know why a stranger could get into the hotel. I kept the door open while waiting for the blanket I requested. This was really intimidating. 2. The bed and the toilet was not clean. Even the shower was leaking. 3. The location is so far from the Istanbul main tourism places. Make me have to pay 450 lira to the new hotel around the tourism places.

Well, it's one of the terrible hotels I ever been in so I don't really recommend it to anyone

I booked for five days. After checking in, I found that there was no quilt, electric fan, kettle, and the toilet was leaking all the time. I told Ctrip that I promised to stay for one day and the check-out fee was not refunded. It turned out that Ctrip never refunded the fee on the grounds that I couldn’t communicate with the hotel. It was really bad. Yes, even complaining to the housekeeper did nothing

The rooms are really small for a not bad solo trip

There is no hot water, no fan, no air conditioning, not even as good as a 50 RMB hotel in China. It seems that Ctrip does not cherish its reputation at all. It also cooperates with this kind of B&B. After we stayed in the two days we booked, we changed to another hotel, which is as good as the 200 RMB one in China, with a big bed, air conditioning, hot water, and everything. It is only 214 RMB, which is much better than the 200 RMB one booked by Ctrip. I hope Ctrip can really cherish its customers while making money.
