Royal Suites Besiktas

The hotel has a tense, sullen and stressed-out management. A lady talks like she's going to beat you. It's not a facility I will ever stay in again. The only location of the hotel is very good. It's within walking distance to everywhere. They send your breakfast to your room. You have to eat it on the bed. Cleanliness is good, but friendly. zero. Only the male staff were very helpful. Considering the price, it was a hotel well below expectations.

Traumatic: the room was dirty; you could see the stains on the floor. The pillows smelled. We had to put a towel on top to sleep. The bathroom with water on the floor that came out of the bathtub. I wanted to clean up and found what looked like a wrinkled, dirty rag that turned out to be used socks. A kind of terrace with an ashtray full of cigarette butts, dry plants. All dirty. We asked to change our room and although the other one was better, there was also water coming out of the bathtub and the cleaning, although better than in the first room, was not clean at all. I had to clean it myself with kleenex. They didn't make the beds. Breakfast, which was brought to our room, was still there when we returned. On one occasion they did not put cutlery. There was no spare toilet paper, we had to ask for it at the reception. And the worst thing is that we felt like prisoners because they charged us in advance, so we couldn't leave and change hotels because our budget was already adjusted for that accommodation. A very disappointing experience

Honnêtement, cet hôtel ne fera pas l’objet d’une recommandation de ma part. En effet, ce dernier est très petit, les chambres sont très vieilles, la salle de bain n’est pas à 100% propre, et les chambres sentent l’anti-mite. Nous n’avons même pas souhaité y rester une nuit de plus. Aussi, le personnel de l’hôtel ne parle pas anglais
