I visited Istanbul from 26.07 to 30.07.21 for business trip and were staying in Fimka hotel. This hotel has very good location for trip like my cos it is located directly in the area of wholesale shops and also not far from the main attractions. Hotel is not new but after renovation. The price per day per person cannot but please $ 25 and breakfast is included.There is water in the minibar and you can make tea or coffee as a compliment from hotel. Every day room was cleaned. You can book dinner for pleasure price if you don’t want go out. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel cos there are a lot of different restaurants in this location. the staff is attentive and helped us with all questions. We were satisfied with this hotel and can recommend for short and business trip.

Ужасный персонал. Сняли бронь, без уведомления. Сурай Абдулла, плохой администратор. плохой отель. Не останавливайтесь здесь. До этого жили в двух других отелях в разных районах города, ни где проблем с бронированием не было. Последний отель испортил все впечатление о Стамбуле. Очень жаль.

Первый раз столкнулась с таким персоналом отеля! А именно с администратором отеля. Её имя SURAY (Сурай). Просто ужасное отношение к приехавшим уставшим гостям. Номер забронировали за 2 недели, в день заезда она сняла бронь, якобы не дозвонилась с вечера! Но это полное враньё! В результате пришлось искать другой отель. Самое главное!!!! Администратор Сурай не извинилась, нагрубила, неприятная особа (хотя улыбается!). Ей нельзя работать с людьми!

Полностью оправдывает свою крепкую тройку! Первое что не понравилось это изменение цены на момент бронирования и на момент заселения! Разница в 5т.р но я так думаю что это во всех гостиницах так. Ещё минусы: -грязная ванная комната -нет одноразовых принадлежностей -ужасные подушки Оценку ставлю только за прекрасный персонал! Отличные сотрудники, внимательные,знающие Русский язык,Александр молодой человек с ресепшена-очень крутой сотрудник который собственно и вытянул весь отель. Каждый день давали бутилированную воду,меняли полотенца! Тоже большой плюс. При заезде по просили халаты-нам сказали что в ковид их отменили, но нам все равно принесли чуть позже-только без поясов🤔 Еда каждый день почти одинаковая.В столовой чисто,уютно очень. Отель удобно расположен к достопримечательностям города. Скажу так-цена/качество норм.если как нам просто спать то можно и прекрасно прожить там.Если ещё раз вернусь в тот район ,то возможно рассмотрю ещё раз данный отель для проживания. Все таки скорее не плохо чем совсем плохо.
