The rooms were adequate, the cleaning was good. We were also pleased with the breakfast. Since we preferred the end of September, we had a nice, quiet stay.

Otelin manzarası, hem yerinin hem çalışanların sakinliği çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı için ayırdıkları kış bahçesinde şöminesi ve oturma alanı da vardı. Odalar yüksek tavanlı ve konforluydu, temizdi. Tek gece için rezervasyon yapmıştık ikinci gece de konaklamak istedik ancak doluydu malesef. Bir daha geleceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Öncelikle otelin manzarası çok güzel. Ancak çok ciddi problemleri var. Odaya girer girmez temiz olmadığını anlıyorsunuz. Odadaki fincanlar kirliydi,çarşaflar lekeliydi. Resepsiyon personeli hariç çalışanlar çok ilgisiz, yardım etmeye hevesli değil.
Duvarda sivrisinek ölüleri vardı. Silmeye zahmet etmemişler. Klima araba motoru gibi çalışıyor. Keşke kahvaltı dahil demeselerdi, çünkü ortada bir kahvaltı yok. Bir iki dilim peynir ve zeytinle idare etmeniz gerekiyor.
Çay hizmeti bile yapamayan bir işletmenin, diğer otel hizmetlerinde bu denli sorunlar yaşaması çok normal. TLC’deki ‘Bu Nasıl Otel?’ Programına konuk olmalarını tavsiye ederiz. Tek iyi yanı manzarası, manzarasız odaları seçerseniz elinizde başka hiçbir şey kalmıyor

We booked a deluxe room but on arrival couldn’t relax, as the reception desk was a couple of feet outside the front door and we heard every booking and phone call. Why the reception couldn’t be moved elsewhere to a more appropriate location, I have no idea. Eventually, was offered a different and lower grade room. After moving, we discovered the room was very shabby and unhygienic. Throughout our stay, no one came to clean the room. In fact, the room was so substandard that after the first night we booked a different hotel and stayed there for the rest of the trip. A shame, because the location was excellent, the historic building was beautiful, and breakfast was good. However, there is no excuse for offering unhygienic rooms or no room cleaning. An overpriced hotel for what is being offered.
