I stay on room 601 for 12 day but unfortunately wall next to window very bad no fridge and carpet not very good….
If you charge customer for every day
You need give good service to customer keep customer happy ..
only 2 guys working on reception is very good

The bathroom and very dirty the toilets a horror I had to wash with bleach the floor it's stained carpet and the wallpaper remove the dryer doesn't work the TV either I'm at the end I don't have the choice to stay there until January 14 lack of budget for sniff teeth

Вынуждена была пробыть в Стамбуле 2 дня. Искала недорогой отель близко к площади Таксим. Отель Palmiye просто отличная находка. Недалеко от променада Истякаль. Кроме того отель чистый, никто не беспокоит. Прогулялась до Галаадской башни, если бы не локдаун, то ещё и пошопилась бы отлично. В общем рекомендую, соотношение цена-качество великолепное.

my husband and I stayed there for 5 nights good points : 1. best location , very close to Taksim square and restaurants and shops and metro and bus station 2.clean sheets and clean bathroom and toilets negative points: 1.very small rooms, when we opened our luggages ,there was no space to move around 2.the noise from street easily came into the room and it woke up us several times during night sleeping 3.they didnot serve the breakfast at hotel and it a 5 minutes walk to a cafe to eat the breakfast but breakfast was good

We arrived hotel at 3 AM but they didn't give us our room! Their excuse was about problem in computer!!!!
So they send us to a hostel for that night.Also they don't have restaurant and you have to walk for 10 minutes to another restaurant for breakfast. They are not as they show!

We checked in at 07:00 in the morning for 1 night. They checked out without informing. The reception did not give any information about the check out. At least we would check in early. It was a full fraudulent hotel. Then we asked them to be helpful. They took 3-4 prices.
