Очень ужасный отель за такие деньги. Унитаз сломанный, течет всю ночь, душевая маленькая, сломанная, холодильник не работает. Завтрак ужасный. Все слышно. Уборка ужасная. Персонал не вежливый. Отель в интернете назывался Galata Diamond а по факту By Boss. Лучше заплатить и выбрать другой отель.

It was terrible. Imagine you reserved a room and you arrive at the hotel with your wife so tired and the manager of the hotel says that we canceled your reservation. But why ?? Because they sent me a message and I was in the airplane and couldn’t answer them.

The hotel is a little gem, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are friendly, kind and very accommodating. The location is central, strategic and very safe. The breakfast is varied and served in a lounge on the roof top. This hotel provides everything you could be looking for whilst on a city break. I couldn’t recommend this place more…

So sad to leave this hotel, its friendly, helpful staff and its proximity to all attractions and river. We were bed and breakfast and the food was easily the best that we have had in Turkey. The room was comfortable and large enough to be very comfortable.
