我必須給這家酒店的服務一個大大的滿分。我信用卡無法付款，他們叫了一個員工陪我走路去ATM取現金付款.而不是讓我一個人晚上出去找.當我停車的時候.經理和員工2個人指揮我倒車。當我半夜出去，跑出來3個員工指導我避開旁邊的車安全倒出來。當我最後一天退房，又有人幫我拿行李，前台經理留着漫畫裏的鬍子很像一名高級管家.態度很好，英語不錯讓人感覺安心，如果這位經理不漲工資，我是不同意的。酒店早餐選擇很多，但是我覺得熱菜太少，冷菜太多，早餐沒有吃得很舒服。但是吃早餐的地方風景無敵。總的來説如果不靠海這裏位置確實偏了一些，但是如果來專程看海，這裡是個最好的選擇，但是要注意晚上11點後吃飯可能不太方便，酒店位置地勢很高在山坡上，但是有便利店。67歐一晚合人民幣600不到很划算，另外停車場位置大，這在伊斯坦堡很少見

10月初秋住過，那時秋風和煦，晴空碧海。這次再來正值隆冬雨季，不過房內温暖舒適。周邊餐館老闆和小賣部店員都是熱情好客。

I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent experience I had at your hotel as a solo business traveler. Despite the windy and rainy conditions, the room was warm and the bed incredibly comfortable. The small desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while on the go. The restaurant provided a satisfactory buffet breakfast with a standard Turkish menu. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I look forward to returning in the summer when the weather is better, as I believe it would be a perfect holiday spot.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

黑海邊上的小鎮，離O7高速很近，這樣萬一安排SAW第二天的航班，也可以住這兒。房間比較小，我選的面海的，確實面對黑海，但是沒有Sea of Marmara乾淨，而且風很大。因為小鎮，周圍可選的吃的不多，到也夠了，沒有景點，但是如果就是看看黑海和咖啡、茶，也足夠了。房間地面不太平，還有個大柱子，晚上起夜不太方便。早餐，相對於其他土耳其酒店比，比較簡單，味道也平均一下，可以點蛋卷，但是服務員之前並沒有提示。

Erzurumlu Hotel Otele girdiğimiz andan çıkıncaya kadar herşey harikaydı. Manzaranın keyfi bambaşkaydı. Tüm çalışanlar güleryüz ve içtenlikle bize hizmet ettiler. Ayrıca sahipleri Çiğdem Hanım ve sevgili babası Ercan Bey ile tanışıp birer kahve içerken otelin anılarını dinlemek bizim için ayrıcalıklı bir keyifti. Böyle güzel dostluklara yer açan Erzurumlu Otel, bir sonraki İstanbul’a gelişimizde tekrar konaklayacağımız ve hayatın telaşına bir süre ara vereceğimiz sığınakların başında artık. Tüm emek verenlere gönülden teşekkürlerimizle.💞🙏🏻
