Do not go there All my body is itching and I booked for 2 night first morning I was asked if I wanted to check out so they sell my room to someone else very bad experience and disappointed

However, the actual appearance of the place differs greatly from the pictures advertised. It seems that their primary focus is on attracting one-time guests, particularly tourists who book online, rather than prioritizing customer feedback. They may not be concerned about addressing your concerns since they can always attract new guests who are unfamiliar with Istanbul. It's worth noting that there are numerous alternative options available in Istanbul that offer lower prices with better conditions.
